Returns Policy

  1. Return of the product/s must be within 14 days where the product/s remain in a saleable condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
     

  2. The return form must be completed and submitted prior to returning your items.
     

  3. Returned products must not be damaged, worn, altered or washed. This includes make-up or fake tan marks, the smell of perfume or deodorant.
     

  4. Returns that adhere to our returns policy will receive a store credit for the Website for the product purchase price, excluding shipping and postage costs
     

  5. For return of products purchased using Afterpay as the payment method, you will receive a store credit for the Website for the product purchase price of the returned product, excluding shipping and postage costs. You will continue to be charged by Afterpay until you have paid all your instalments.
     

  6. ​In the event the Product you receive is found to be faulty, you are obligated to:
    i) contact us ASAP by sending an email to contact@rmnco.com.au outlining in what way the Products are damaged or faulty; and
    ​ii) complete the return form
    ​iii) return the Product (including the completed return form) to us and we can refund you via your original payment method, replace the product or issue a store credit for 110% of the Purchase Price (excluding posting and shipping costs).
     

  7. Return of the Product must be within 14 days where the Product remains in a saleable condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. 
     

  8. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any return or refund pursuant to this clause. We highly recommend that an insured traceable method be used to ensure safe and recorded delivery.
     

  9. Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch for Australian/New Zealand customers and 21 days of dispatch all other countries.
     

  10. Returns will only be accepted under these conditions. We have the right to deny a refund if items returned have been worn, damaged, soiled in any way and will be returned to the sender. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
     

  11. Once processed, it may take up to 7 business days to process the funds back into your original payment method account. You will receive an email once refund has been issued.
     

  12. If you are unable to use the original shipping satchel in which you received your original order, please make sure item/s are placed in an appropriately sized satchel. Please ensure either your order invoice or return form are included in your package.

  14. You are solely responsible for the return of your order. We will not be responsible for damaged, missing or late packages.
