This Privacy Policy describes how your “Personal Information” is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from rmnco.com.au (the “Site”, “We”, “Us”).

a) Subject to exceptions, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) govern the handling of Personal Information in Australia. If you are located in, or are a citizen of the European Union, you may have additional rights under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  If you are located in another jurisdiction, additional local requirements will comply. In addition to the above, we also comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 (Cth) (Spam Act), which deals with restrictions on sending unsolicited emails.

2. Why we collect your Personal Information

i) While we do not use browsing information to identify you personally, we may record certain information about your use of our website, such as which pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and the internet protocol address assigned to your computer.

Cookies are small files that store information on your computer, TV, mobile phone or other device. They enable the entity that put the cookie on your device to recognise you across different websites, services, devices and/or browsing sessions. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

c) All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by the Site adhere to:

i) the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
